Up…and down…up….and down….surprise spin…and flip….and we’re back up…and back down….etc.

It’s a common challenge for all parents. However, for those of us addressing the needs of a child with ADHD or learning difficulties, homework can be downright frustrating and a real buzzkill. And that’s on a good day. On a bad day, you may not get to it at all or if you do, you may wish you hadn’t. Ugh.

*** Editor’s Note : I just re-read that and after nearly two hours of wasted time and several attempts at homework, I may in fact be too frustrated to write this post tonight. So I think for your benefit and for mine, blogging will have to wait. I’m off to watch an episode of one of my favorite comedies – How I Met Your Mother – and shake off the frustrations of the evening instead.
